1 medium sized potato, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp butter, 1 pinch ground black pepper and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Wash the potato and pierce the skin with a knife or a fork. On the other hand preheat your oven to 300 degreesF. Rub the skin of the potato with olive oil and salt. Put the potato in the oven and bake for 90 minutes until the potato is golden brown and soft. Slice the potato down the center and serve with butter and black pepper. Thus, your tasty baked potato is ready to eat. Sprinkle little shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the potato for more enhanced taste.
