Black pepper powder: 4-5 tsp
Turmeric powder: 2tsp
Salt to taste

Cooking instructions:

Combine the black pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Combine these spices with little water. Rub the mixture on the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour.

Get a big pan and place the chicken pieces on it. Cook on lower heat until the chicken is completely cooked and tender. Dried out all the extra water as soon as the chicken is cooked. Get a large pan and heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Put the black pepper powder and cook for sometime. Put green chilies, curry leaves, ginger and cook for few minutes. Put in chopped onions and fry them till they are brown in color. Add the fully cooked chicken pieces and cook for the other few minutes until the chicken pieces turns out to be browned.

Your delicious spicy peppered chicken is prepared. You can enjoy with naan or chapati.

Bell pepper Onion Curry Recipe:

Bell pepper onion curry is a truly hot recipe in which you can get the flavor of authentic garam masala.

Things you will need:

Bell peppers: 2-3
Chopped onion:1
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1tbsp
Salt: to taste
2tsp cayenne pepper/red chili/powder (optional)

Cooking instructions:

Get a pan to heat the oil. Put the chopped onions and saute it. Put in the finely chopped bell peppers, turmeric powder along with salt to taste. Add little cayenne powder depending on your taste. Cover the pan and allow to cook till the peppers are soft and fully cooked. Put the garam masala powder and mix it properly. Remove from the heat and serve hot.

You can take the plesaure of this dish with any variety of tortillas or any kind of rice. You may as well use numerous colors of bell peppers for a additional delightful appearance of the dish.
