For making the lamb kabobs, you will need 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano plus 1 tsp salt.
Combine all the ingredients of the marinade except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Stir in the salt. Thread the lamb cubes with the marinades onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-hot heat. Cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. Baste the lamb cubes with remaining marinade and cook for 10 minutes. Make sure the kabobs are cooked on both the sides. You can enjoy the hot kabobs.
Cheesy Meatballs:
For making the cheesey meatballs, you will require 500g minced meat, 1 chopped onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt plus olive oil.
Mix the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Shape the mixture into small balls. Take 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and heat it. Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned. After they are fried, you can drain on the paper towels. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
