Are you going to arrange a barbeque party for this weekend and you have no idea what to make? The solution to your problem is right here.

For the successful barbeque party, advance planning is very much required. The two very important factors without which your barbeque party cannot be successful are the guests and the weather. Always make sure to invite your guests well ahead of time so that you know the exact number of the people going to come for the party. Weather is very important while you are planning a barbeque party. Plan for the barbecue party during the warm weather since the cold and rainy weather might end up with people leaving with bad memories.

A barbecue party is the best way to interact with your relatives or neighbours for the day of fun. You should always arrange the things in advance. The following article will give you some recipes which you can try making for your barbecue party.

Lamb Kabobs:

For preparing the lamb kabobs, you will need 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano along with 1 tsp salt.

Take all the marinade ingredients except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Add the salt. Thread the lamb cubes with the marinades onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-hot heat. Cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. You can baste the lamb cubes with the remaining marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. Cook the kabobs properly on both the sides. You can enjoy the hot kabobs.

Cheesy Meatballs:

For making the cheesey meatballs, you will need 500g minced meat, 1 onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt as well as olive oil for cooking.

Combine the meat, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Make small balls with the prepared mixture. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Put the meatballs in the oil and fry them till they are golden brown. Drain the fried meatballs on the paper towel. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
